One control platform ties lighting, shades, climate, AV and security together, so the building runs by schedule and occupancy and your staff have one interface, not six.
// Built for

At 7 am the shades rise and the lights come up to working level. Meeting rooms switch off when the last person leaves, the thermostat follows occupancy, and facilities sees the whole floor on one dashboard.

Lunch is bright and the shades are down against the sun. At 6 pm the room warms and dims for dinner, and at closing the lights, music and displays go off together. Nobody touches a dimmer.

Opening runs itself: display lighting, music and screens on before the doors unlock. Accent scenes for events, and a closing routine that leaves only the window lit.

The lobby is always ready for the guest: warm at check-in, brighter at breakfast, quiet audio after ten. Shades track the sun on the glass, and the staff never think about it.

The technology plan sits in the drawings before the walls close: wiring, equipment locations, keypads and shade pockets. Rough-in during construction, programming before opening day.
// Scope of work

Lighting, shades, climate, AV and security on one Savant platform. Staff press a scene on a keypad or touch panel, managers use the app from anywhere, and facilities sees every room and every schedule in one place. One vendor to call when something changes.

Each space lit for what happens in it: cooler and brighter for work, warmer for dining, accent on the product. Schedules follow your hours, occupancy sensors handle the rooms nobody is in, and daylight harvesting dims the fixtures near the glass when the sun does the work.

On a west-facing wall of glass the shades track the sun through the afternoon, so screens stay readable and the HVAC works less. Shades also divide open space: a training room appears at 2 pm and disappears at 4. They move with the lighting scenes, not separately.

Thermostats and sensors on the same platform as everything else. The building warms up before the first shift, sets back at night and on weekends, and a conference room stops cooling an empty table. Changed with one touch when a plan changes.

Digital signage, distributed audio and AV-over-IP are part of the same control, so the Game Day scene changes the screens, the music and the lights together, and closing turns all of it off with the lights.

Before the build we write the technology plan and the low-voltage drawings. During construction our crew installs or audits the rough-in. Before opening day we install, program and train your staff, then stay on for support.
// How a project runs
The same people run consultation, design, installation, training and support. You get one contact, one drawing set and one number to call.
// 01
We walk the space, or read the drawings, and listen to how the business runs.
// 02
Rooms, headcount, platforms, hours of operation, growth plans and budget, written down.
// 03
Drawings, equipment schedule and a low-voltage plan your contractor can build from.
// 04
Our own crew installs, configures and programs, around your opening hours.
// 05
Your staff learn the system before handover. One page of instructions, not a manual.
// 06
24-hour phone support, remote monitoring and same-day emergency service.
// Why WH Technologies
I had WH Technologies design, plan, and completely re-cable my home for a new Ethernet network. My old cabling was a total mess. Danny brought his team and did the most fantastic job I could ever imagine.
John Muscarella, Google reviewWorking with Johann and WH Technologies was great. Friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable.
Drew Mills, Google review// Across Dallas-Fort Worth
North Texas businesses run long hours in a hard climate: west-facing glass, summer heat and staff who should not have to think about the lights. As a commercial automation company based in Allen, we design and install building control across Dallas-Fort Worth, whether that is an office in Uptown or Las Colinas, a restaurant in Plano or Frisco, a retail floor in Southlake or a new build-out in McKinney or Prosper.
One platform ties lighting, shades, climate and AV together and runs the building by schedule and occupancy. We coordinate with your general contractor during construction, and our team remains available afterwards for remote management and support.
Building automation for offices, restaurants, retail, hospitality and new build-outs across Dallas and DFW, designed and installed by one team from Allen.
A site visit or a set of drawings, a needs analysis with your hours and growth plans, a design your contractor can build from, installation around your opening hours, staff training and ongoing remote support.
Savant and Lutron control, motorized shading, HVAC integration, occupancy and daylight sensors, and the network that carries it, managed remotely by our team.
Yes. That is the point of building automation. Lighting, shades, HVAC, audio, video and security run on one platform, scheduled by hours of operation and managed from one place.
Yes. Many systems can be retrofitted with minimal disruption. We survey the building, look at the existing infrastructure and recommend what can be done without opening walls.
Before the drawings are final. Building today requires a technology plan at the centre of the design, and low-voltage wiring is far cheaper to run before the walls close.
Your staff, from a keypad, touchscreen or phone, with schedules doing most of the work. Facilities can manage the building remotely, and our team monitors and supports the system.
Staff training before handover, then 24-hour phone support, remote monitoring and support, same-day emergency service and non-emergency on-site visits within one to two days.
