// Scope of work

What a distributed audio system includes.Line by line.

  • Consistent, high-quality sound from the front lobby to private offices and outdoor patios. Each zone has its own source and level: the bar plays the cocktail-hour list at seventy percent, the dining room dinner jazz at forty-five, the patio the game, all from one place.

    ZonesSourcesLevel control
  • A paging microphone at the pass or a phone reaches one zone, several or all, with priority over the music where it matters: a table is ready, a delivery is at the door, the kitchen needs the floor.

    PagingPriorityEmergency use
  • Speakers placed for even coverage, so no corner is loud and no corner is quiet: flush in-ceiling speakers in the dining room, pendants over the bar, outdoor-rated units on the patio, all matched to the ceiling and the finishes.

  • Amplifiers sized for the zones in a ventilated, labelled rack in the back of house, with a licensed business streaming source, TV audio and microphones on the same system. Our team reaches it remotely, so most issues are fixed before you hear about them.

  • Staff press a scene on an engraved keypad. A manager adjusts one zone on a wall touch panel at the end of the bar. The owner checks from a phone that the music went off at close. Schedules handle the rest by daypart.

// How a project runs

How an audio project runs in Dallas-Fort Worth.Six steps, one team throughout.

The same people run consultation, design, installation, training and support. You get one contact, one drawing set and one number to call.

  1. // 01

    Consultation

    We walk the space, or read the drawings, and listen to how the business runs.

  2. // 02

    Needs analysis

    Rooms, headcount, platforms, hours of operation, growth plans and budget, written down.

  3. // 03

    Custom design

    Drawings, equipment schedule and a low-voltage plan your contractor can build from.

  4. // 04

    Installation

    Our own crew installs, configures and programs, around your opening hours.

  5. // 05

    Training

    Your staff learn the system before handover. One page of instructions, not a manual.

  6. // 06

    Ongoing support

    24-hour phone support, remote monitoring and same-day emergency service.

// Try the zones

Six zones, one screen.Move a slider and watch the room.

This is how a distributed audio system is run. Every area is a zone with its own source and level. Staff use the scenes, a manager fine-tunes a zone, and nobody walks to an amplifier.

// Across Dallas-Fort Worth

Distributed audio across Dallas-Fort Worth, from Uptown bars to Frisco offices.

Sound sets the mood of a room before anyone reads the menu, and in a busy North Texas venue it also has to carry a page to the kitchen. As a commercial audio company based in Allen, we design and install zoned audio and PA across Dallas-Fort Worth, whether that is a restaurant in Uptown or Plano, a sports bar in Frisco or Arlington, an office floor in Las Colinas or a store in Southlake.

Audio runs on the same control as the screens, the lighting and the patio systems, so game day and dinner service are one scene. Our team designs the network that carries the streams, and remains available afterwards for remote support and adjustments.

Zoned amplification, in-ceiling, pendant, wall and outdoor-rated speakers, paging microphones, streaming sources and keypad or touch-panel control.

// Questions

What owners andfacility managers ask first.

All questions

Can music play in one area while announcements go to another?

Yes. The space is divided into zones, each with its own source and level. Paging and announcements can be sent to one zone, several or all, with priority over the music.

Can the volume change by itself through the day?

Yes. Schedules set the level and the source by daypart: lighter at lunch, fuller at dinner, up for the game, off at close. A manager can override any zone from a keypad, a touch panel or a phone.

Do we need a licence to play music in the business?

Playing music in a commercial space needs a business music licence or a licensed business streaming service, which is different from a personal account. We design the system around a licensed source and can point you to the options.

Does the system cover the patio as well?

Yes. Outdoor-rated speakers extend the same zones and control to patios and terraces, laid out for even coverage and rated for Texas heat and storms.

Can it be used for emergency announcements?

Yes. A paging microphone or a phone can address every zone at once with priority over the music. If the building requires a certified life-safety voice evacuation system, that is a separate, code-driven system, and we tell you honestly where the line is.

We are a small shop. Is this too big for us?

No. Systems scale from a boutique shop to a sprawling facility, and they are designed so zones can be added later.

What happens after installation?

Staff training before handover, then 24-hour phone support, remote monitoring and same-day emergency service.

// Start here

Tell us about the zones.

Dining room, bar, patio, office floor. We come back with a speaker layout, a zone plan and one number to call.

// Useful to have ready

  • Floor plan with the areas you want as zones
  • Hours of operation and dayparts
  • Where announcements need to be heard
  • Existing speakers or amplifiers, if any
None of it is required. A phone call is enough to start.
