Recessed pockets, quiet motors and no visible wires
The difference between shading that looks custom and shading that looks added is in the details. In a new build or a renovation we detail recessed pockets on the drawings, so the roller disappears into the ceiling. In a finished home, exposed hardware in matching finishes or a fascia keeps the look clean. Motors are quiet enough for a bedroom, and wiring is hidden either way.

Keypad, app, schedules and scenes
Adjust shades from an engraved keypad, the Savant app or a voice assistant, by room or one window at a time. Scheduling adds another layer of ease: shades rise with sunrise, lower during the brightest part of the afternoon and close in the evening for privacy. Scenes such as Morning, Movie and Vacation move the shades together with the lighting and the climate, so managing a whole floor takes one press instead of a walk from window to window.

How much do motorized shades cost in Dallas?

Can motorized shades be added to an existing home?

How are the shades controlled?
